Icom IC-80AD D-star HT with Extras

I’m selling my Icom IC-80AD D-star HT with a few accessories. In terms of functionality, it’s perfect. It works great and I’ve loved using it on both FM and D-star. It does have all of the idiosyncrasies that are common to this era D-star radio, but I’ve never had a problem using it. In terms of looks, I’d say it’s good. It has lived its entire life in the vinyl case so the screen is quite good. The belt clip has a lot of paint chipped off of it, but obviously that doesn’t affect performance. As part of full disclosure: the vinyl case has the slightest hint of a smoke smell from the previous owner, but I literally have to put my nose on it to smell it. The radio itself doesn’t smell and doesn’t have any visual indication of smoke.

This radio will come with the original charger (although I put Anderson Power Poles in the middle of it so that I could plug it into a cigarette lighter), an extra battery (pictured), a Pryme hand mic (pictured), and its original box. I don’t think I have the original manual but I can look. That shouldn’t matter as it’s pretty much useless anyway. Go online and find a good tutorial or a video on YouTube- you’ll be much happier.
